It is a deep Palestinian song with symbolic meanings. The song with its lyrics is no doubt talking about the Palestinian situation. But it also can be taken as an existential war whether it was losing land, dispersing identity, different community or oppressive people.
After analyzing, I found that the song emphasizes rejection, resistance, forces, oppression, reality, hope and generations. I tried to reflect each part’s symbolic meaning in the zine. First, the wall is a force that impedes, prevents, and limits. The mountain; strength, steadfastness, persistence, and loud voice with impact. The rusty boat is a boat of a group whose path and journey have been long. And the horse reflects war. In addition, I wanted to reflect the band’s direction in their songs, which is based on combining the enthusiastic voice of electronic interlocks with the known rhythms in the Levant.
